Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued according to your selected payment option within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
